What a weekend! We are still overflowing with gratitude after yesterday’s Pride Vermont Parade & Festival. 🌈

Pulling this off on such a tight timeline was a monumental effort, and because this event is 100% volunteer-run, it simply would not have happened without our incredible community showing up together:

🌈 Our Marchers: Hundreds of you filled the streets with pride, energy, and unwavering visibility.

🎨 Our Vendors & Artists: You built a vibrant festival grounds that uplifted our local queer economy and showed both love and magic.

🛠️ Our Powerhouse Volunteers: From committee, setup, parade route, staging to festival operations. Your work helped make the event safer, more accessible and physically possible.

✨ Our Key Sponsors & Supporters: Endless gratitude to the organizations, funders, and local businesses: LGBTQ+ Fund of Vermont, Von Bargen’s, Vermont Humanities, BurlyBear, QueerVT, UVM, Guitar Center, Red Square, Ned Preston & Ben Smith, Vermont Community Foundation, Randy Violette, Rhino Foods, and Community Health Center, Donors, participating groups, vendors and so many more. Thank you for donating and supporting the cause!

🙌The City of Burlington: A huge thank you to city staff and municipal teams who worked alongside us as we navigated the planning of the event.

🛍️ Local Small Businesses: Thank you the businesses that partnered with us on our Solidarity Band fundraiser and individuals that purchased a wristband! This was a brand-new fundraiser designed to drive support back into our local neighborhood while helping raise funds for pride. We learned a ton and look forward to improving it in the future.

We aren't done reflecting yet! We’ll be following up throughout the rest of the week with photos, recaps, and gratitude for everyone who participated.
