Day Before Layout

Help mark the location of tents and vendors. You will be working with volunteer leads to mark vendor and tent locations. Measuring flag spacing and adding markings appropriately

Festival - Early Setup Crew

Help unload the uhaul with sounds equipment, tents, flags, and other equipment needed for the festival. Some heavy lifting, ramps and dolly available. Breakfast Provided

Parade - Staging Line-Up

Check in marching contingents, floats, and vehicles at the assembly area; ensure proper order and spacing before rollout.

Arrive early to assemble tents, set up tables/chairs, install directional signage, position trash/recycling stations, and put stakes on the vendor grid locations. Breakfast Provided

Help direct participants to their marching groups, brief participants about general safety and conduct. Report any safety concerns to the safety team or lead volunteers.

Traffic volunteers work in pairs to direct traffic, monitor safety, notify de-escalation teams and event coordinators of issues, make sure parade participants are supported
