Parade Marshals
Guide the parade down Church Street, keep the route flowing, and support marchers along the way.
Setup & Teardown Crew
Help build the festival footprint in the morning and break it down at the end of the day.
Vendor & Table Liaisons
Check in vendors, direct them to their spots, and troubleshoot needs on the ground.
Accessibility Support
Staff accessible viewing areas, rest areas, and help attendees who need assistance navigating the event.
Information Booth
Be the friendly face answering questions, handing out maps and Pride Guides, and pointing people in the right direction.
Runners
Move supplies, messages, and support wherever they are needed most throughout the day.
Stage Crew
Support performers and emcees, manage timing, and keep the stage running smoothly.
Safety & Wellness
Support a safe, welcoming environment and help connect attendees with resources if needed.
